"I see pink in our future...."

Those are the words of my sweet husband as he was telling some of his friends this morning at work. It's official we are having a girl and we are so excited. She is due in early January. Grayson is excited I guess (well he is as excited as a two year old can get about a new baby in Mommy's tummy) We have been talking about the baby to him and we have asked him a few times if he wanted a baby sister or baby brother. He said he wanted a baby sister most of the time. One of the time we asked, Tommy tried to get him to say baby brother but he said "No daddy a Baby Sister!" and then he told us he wanted a dear. We thought that was funny.
The other day Grayson had a tummy ache and I asked him what was wrong and he told me, he hurt his baby. It was so cute. We have been asking him where's the baby and he will point to my belly button. Then sometime he will lift up his shirt and tell me the baby is in his tummy. I try to explain to him that only Mommies can have babies in their tummies. I know he's just two but it's really cute how much he understands and how he understands things. You can just see the wheel turning in his head.
We are going to have so much fun with this sweet girl. I'm very excited to be a Mommy of a sweet Boy and Girl. God has blessed me beyond my understanding.
