Ashlyn is Two Months Old

I'm a little late on the 2 month picture. We have been very busy around here. She was supposed to wear this dress home from the hospital but it swallowed her whole, so she wore a blue sleep and play home instead. As you can see it is still a little big. It makes her look a lot bigger than she actually is. The sleeves are so poofy that it makes her arms look huge.
She is doing so good. She's taking 30-36 oz of formula a day and she is sleeping through the night. She goes to sleep at around 10:30 and sleeps until 6am. She is still in our room. I just can't seem to let her go. She is still in her bassinet but she is growing out of it fast. I guess when she outgrows it, we will move her to her room. It's just so sweet to have her right there with me. She is smiling all the time and loves for you to talk to her. She loves to snuggle and her favorite place is still proped up on my shoulder or laying with her head against my chest. I think she likes to hear my heart beating. She is starting to watch Grayson more. He loves her sooooo much and he is such a big helper. She loves her pas but she usually sleeps without it (thank goodness hopefully it will stay that way). She is growing so fast. At her 7 wk doctors appt she weighed 10lb 14 oz and was 22 inches long. The doctor said she is gaining an ounce a day which is really good. She had to get 4 shots and drink another med for rino-virus (misspelled). Bless her heart the shots caused her to run a high fever and scared me to death. she was burning up. I called the nurse and of course they were not that concerned. After a couple of doses of Tylenol we were able to get her temp down to 99.8. She ran a low grade temp for a couple of days. When we go back to get her 4 month shots, I'm going to try to spread them out more, hopefully that will help.
That's pretty much all for now. I will try to blog and soon. I have so much to catch up on.
