Ashlyn's 4 Month Pictures

I'm a little late on Ashlyn's 4 month post. It has been busy around here, nothing too exciting just busy with two lil ones. She is really developing a little personality, she loves her brother and loves to watch him play. She thinks he is the funniest person ever. She has turned into quite the Momma's baby and cries whenever her Daddy picks her up. She will let him bathe her but that's about it. I hope she grows out of that soon! She is full of smiles and giggles and she will jibber jabber to you but who knows what she is saying. She loves to sit in her exersauser and talk to her toys. She is trying to roll over, she can get to her side but can't quite make it over before she falls back onto her back. She is grabbing her toys and putting them into her mouth. She is teething like crazy but I can't see a tooth in sight. We have started rice ceral and changed to outmeal ceral soon after starting the rice. We have also started baby food. She has tried squash, sweet potatoes, green beans and bananas. She not real fond of the spoon and prefers the bottle. She pretty much hates veggies but accepts the bananas ok. I plan to start Apples tonight so hopefully that will go well. We have officially moved her to her room and she has done quite well. We slept in her room for the first couple of nights on an air mattress, we also had company which was the real reason why we slept in her room but that helped make the transition easier for me. She is doing great. It's hard to believe that she is 4 months old already. She has brought such joy to our lives. We are so very blessed to have two beautiful, healthy, happy children.....and I am so blessed to be able to spend all day with them and watch them grow and learn new things.

This picture was taken on the same day that she got her first round of 4 month shots. I still can't believe she was smiling so much after getting two shots.

I just love this picture of Grayson and Ashlyn.

She looks like she is enjoying her squash but I promise it is quite a task to feed her. She wants to help with the spoon which means we make a huge mess and once she sees a bottle it's all over with! Grayson was much much easier to feed and he LOVED his veggies. It's so funny how different they are.
